Products

  • We do our best to restock sold out products whenever we can! However, there will be times when we are unable to restock (e.g. when the product is limited edition or discontinued).

  • Everything in our soaps (apart from certain pigments) are 100% natural; plant & earth-based only.

    These pigments are only used to color our soaps and are non-toxic. We can, however, assure you that the titanium dioxide used is natural and food-grade.

    All of them are scented with 100% pure essential oils instead of synthetic fragrances.

    We strongly advise our customers (especially those with sensitive skin and/or allergies) to read our ingredients list before purchasing our products.

    We love experimenting and are trying to slowly convert all our products into using 100% natural pigments such as botanicals and clays. When this happens, we will let you know!

  • Most of our soaps make use of pigments for color. Some of these pigments can wash off in the soap suds during use; this is completely normal! These pigments do not stain (unlike dyes), so just rinse it off whatever surface it comes into contact with.

  • No - they almost never expire (and this is done without preservatives or stabilizers!)

    In fact, the longer they are kept, the more moisturizing and gentle it is on our skin.

    However, in order to preserve the scent, color, and aesthetics of our cold-process soaps, we encourage buyers to use them within 3-6 months from purchase.

    Soaps that are kept any longer might experience loss of scent, white waxy soda ash, and/or dreaded orange spots. However, this does not mean that the soap is no longer effective. Just lather off the outer layer during your first wash, and your ‘expired’ soap is as good as new and good to use!

  • Our soaps are made by the saponification of natural plant oils and lye (sodium hydroxide/caustic soda). This is the only natural method to make any kind of soap.

    We use cold-process method for our handcrafted soaps. Our bars are air-cured for 4-6 weeks before being sold to make sure that they are safe for use.

    As they are handcrafted in small batches, please take note that no two bars are the exact same.

  • During saponification, the lye (sodium hydroxide/caustic soda) no longer exists in soap as it completely reacts with the plant oils. We then air-cure all of our soaps for at least 4-6 weeks to ensure that the pH level of our soaps are safe and gentle enough to be used on our skin.

  • You can be sure that all our products are non-comedogenic. It is important to understand that the oils in our soaps has been saponified - meaning, it has been turned into soap!

  • We try to use only paper-based packaging so that of our all packaging is recyclable and sustainable. The plastic PVC wrap used to package our soaps is unfortunately unrecyclable. We are currently in the midst of transitioning to using POF, which is recyclable. We will let you know when the transition is in full effect!

    Sometimes bubble wrap or plastic cushion is used in your parcel. Fret not, they are 100% reused from our own personal packages, and we hope you can do the same for all our packaging materials. Pass them on and continue reusing!

 

Orders

  • We are not able to add, remove, or swap items in existing orders. We are also unable to combine multiple orders.

    Instead, please place a new order with the correct items, and email us at antidirtybiz@gmail.com as soon as possible to process a cancellation on your first order.

  • If you need to cancel your order, please email us at antidirtybiz@gmail.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We’ll do our best to make this happen.

    Buyers can cancel packages as long as they’re not already shipped or en route.

  • If you received an item that was damaged in transit, please take photos of the damaged items right away. Email the photos to antidirtybiz@gmail.com and let us know! We enjoy customer feedback.

    Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any refunds, exchanges and/or returns. All products (including packaging) are checked for damages before shipping them out. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, feel free to email us at antidirtybiz@gmail.com. We hope to provide the best customer service to you.

    Our soap bars are softer in comparison to factory-made soaps. As a result, they are prone to dents/scratches during production, packaging and transit. We do our best to take care and treat our soaps with much love as long as they are in our hands. Dented/scratched soaps are still useful - although perhaps not as pretty.

    Let us know if your order is a gift and we will choose a bar that is dent-free and take extra care of your order during packaging!

 

Shipping

  • Don’t worry - your package is on its way! Tracking information for shipments can take a few days to be updated.

  • Shipping times can vary depending on where you live. Orders are usually processed and shipped out within a week.

    Shipping carriers may be experiencing additional delays due to the impact from COVID-19, so we aren’t able to guarantee delivery by an exact date.

  • We’ve got you! Please email antidirtybiz@gmail.com as quickly as possible. Be sure to include your order number and the correct shipping address so we can assist you more quickly.

    We cannot offer replacements or refunds for packages that have been sent out with incorrect shipping addresses.

  • For a list of countries we’re able to ship to, check out the Shipping & Returns page. If your country is not listed, we are unfortunately unable to ship there at this time.

  • Our shipping providers may determine, at their discretion, that current conditions warrant changes in their services within select countries. For updates, please visit Singpost’s Service Announcements.
