Shipping & Delivery

Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and size of your package. The final shipping cost of your order will be calculated at checkout.

We ship out orders from Singapore via Singapore Post (Singpost) or Qdelivery (for some overseas orders). Orders are generally processed and shipped within a week. Please allow for additional processing time during launches, special promotions, and public holidays.

Shipping carriers may be experiencing additional delays due to the impact of COVID-19.

Local Delivery (within Singapore)

Delivery starts at SGD$1.50 (tracking provided above 1.5kg). Shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days (max. 7).

Overseas Delivery

Delivery starts at SGD$7.10 (with tracking). Shipping can take up to 4-8 weeks, depending on the country.

Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled if order have not been fulfilled and processed within 3-5 business days. This does not apply to ‘Pre-orders’.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns, refunds and/or exchanges. All products (including packaging) are checked for severe damages before shipping them out. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, feel free to email us at antidirtybiz@gmail.com. We hope to provide the best customer service to you.

We cannot offer replacements or refunds for packages that have been sent out with incorrect shipping addresses.
