Return and Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled if order have not been fulfilled and processed within 3-5 business days. This does not apply to ‘Pre-orders’.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns, refunds and/or exchanges. All products (including packaging) are checked for severe damages before shipping them out. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, feel free to email us at antidirtybiz@gmail.com We hope to provide the best customer service to you.

We cannot offer replacements or refunds for packages that have been sent out with incorrect shipping addresses.

Purchase Policy

By making a purchase on anti-dirty.xyz, you agree that we are not responsible for any physical, spiritual, internal, and external injuries, allergies, or sensitivities from the use of products sold on this website. Customers are encouraged to read and understand all ingredients listed on individual product listing before making their purchase.

All prices on our site are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD). If currency conversions are provided, those amounts are only estimates. The actual currency exchange rate applied will be the rate charged/applied by the payment gateway and/or the credit card companies and/or the issuing bank.
